So I've been using this TheraBand balance pad lately, and wow - it's way more challenging than it looks!
The green one is the beginner level, but don't let that fool you.

It's made from this durable PVC foam that's firm enough to give you a real workout but still has some give.
Both sides are different - one has these little bumps for sensory stimulation, and the other has anti-skid bars so it doesn't slide around.

I've been doing single leg stands on it and my balance is already improving after just a couple weeks.
It's perfect for physical therapy, rehab, or just adding some variety to your home workouts.
The oval shape is 14.5 x 8 inches and about 1.75 inches thick, giving you plenty of space to stand on.
What's cool is TheraBand makes these in different colors for different difficulty levels, so you can progress as you get better.

My physical therapist recommended it for ankle strengthening after a sprain, and it's been awesome for building up those little stabilizer muscles that usually don't get much attention.

It's also great for core work - try doing some planks with your hands on this thing and you'll feel it everywhere!

Definitely a smart investment if you're looking to improve your balance, prevent injuries, or just make your workouts more interesting.
